Filming notes
- Film from the side for joint angles and overstriding.
- Film from the front or back for hip drop and knee alignment.
- Keep your whole body in frame, treadmill centered.
- Good, even lighting; plain background helps detection.
- 10 to 15 seconds of steady running is plenty.
Privacy
Your video is processed on the server only to compute metrics, and the uploaded file is deleted immediately afterwards. Only the generated charts and the annotated overlay are kept temporarily.
